Bob and Carl – Live!

Here are samples of us recorded live during some of our past shows. These musical clips capture the spirit of our performances, as we attempt to share these timeless songs with our fans. Hopefully these song “snippets” will whet your appetite for the entire song when you come visit us at our next show.
Acoustic Music:
Here are some samples of us playing live, using only acoustic instruments. Mainly two guitars and a simple keyboard. When we play acoustically, we believe that it can be an entirely different experience for the listener. These songs tend to be of a more personal style and texture. Folk music, Irish and ballads, rich with emotion and depth, seem to reach deeper into a person’s heart, mind and soul when stripped bare of many of the traditional electronic distractions associated with today’s popular music. Simple, pure songs, created and played to evoke a strong bond with the listener.

Electronic Music:
Many of the events and places we play desire us to sound like an entire band. Island, party and country music really come alive when the drums lay down a beat that goes right through you. Sometimes a blazing guitar and rocking keys lend just the right backdrop to keep them singing along all night long!
